Questions & Answers

What's the dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is black tie. Due to our color scheme, we ask that all guests wear black attire. Ladies should wear floor-length, black dresses or gowns, jewelry, and classic high heel shoes. Gentlemen should wear black tuxedos.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes. Please list your food allergies when you RSVP to the wedding and answer our follow-up questions. Please note, we will have vegetarian and limited kosher options available.

Where should I stay?

We have room blocks at The Miami Beach EDITION, the AC Hotel, and the Hampton Inn Miami Beach- Mid Beach. Head over to the travel page to book your stay.

What weather should I expect?

Of course, we cannot guarantee anything, but Florida has great weather in March. Keep an eye on the weather in the days leading up to the wedding.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will take place outdoors on the Edition’s terrace. The terrace is covered in FieldTurf. The cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.

Will transportation be provided?

We are not providing any formal transportation for the events but our ceremony and reception are taking place in the same venue, and the hotels we recommend are within walking distance of The EDITION.

What should I do if I cannot come to the wedding?

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a date to the wedding?

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
